Introducing our collaboration with Naran Automotive, celebrating the launch of their inaugural hyper-coupé. This exceptional hypercar seamlessly combines the unparalleled power, handling, and performance of a supercar with the added luxury of two extra seats — a rarity in the world of hypercars. Limited to just thirty-nine units and priced from €2 million each, the Naran hyper-coupé embodies exclusivity and innovation.
Our design journey involved several meticulous rounds of bespoke type and mark explorations to capture the visionary concepts of founder Ameerh Naran. The result is a finely tuned logotype that exudes sophistication and precision. Crafted with an eye for detail, it features subtle ink-traps, semi-serif touches for an elegant flair, and rounded terminals. This refined typography mirrors the elegance and meticulous engineering of Naran Automotive’s groundbreaking hyper-coupé.
Brief
Create a new master brand identity for Naran Automotive, a cutting-edge hyper-car brand brought to life by founder Ameerh Naran. This brand identity will encapsulate the longstanding dream and ambition of Ameerh, symbolizing both the heritage and forward-thinking vision of Naran Automotive. The goal was to craft a logo that will become a timeless emblem, representing the essence of the brand across all touchpoints and especially on their inaugural $500 million hyper-car.
Approach
To develop Naran Automotive‘s brand identity, we began by reimagining the historic arrow logo inspired by Ameerh Naran’s grandfather. This iconic symbol served as the foundation, from which we delineated some concepts in a modern, contemporary, and bold manner.
Drawing further inspiration from the initial car concepts, we crafted wordmarks that resonate with the values and themes integral to Naran’s visionary designs.
Final Logotype
The final logotype is a masterpiece of sophistication and precision. Meticulously crafted, it features subtle ink traps, semi-serif accents for an elegant touch, and rounded terminals. These refined letter shapes perfectly reflects the elegance and meticulous engineering of Naran Automotive’s groundbreaking hyper-coupé.
